Michelle began her career in retail at age sixteen and always loved the customer service aspect of the position, and was soon promoted to more specialized tasks and trained others.  She got her first taste of marketing there as she saw the value of sharing useful products with satisfied customers.  After studying art history and theology at the University of Dallas she worked as a high school youth minister, organizing retreats, preparing curriculum and teaching classes.  She dabbled in some administrative assistant work before obtaining her teaching certificate.  She subbed, then taught 3-6 year olds for several years where she learned to be spontaneous, think on her feet while staying calm and collected.  She and her husband are preparing to be foster parents so she sought a job where she could work from home and have more time for caring for a family.  With administrative assistance, customer service and art experience under her belt, she  became specialized in managing Pinterest accounts.  Michelle loves to crochet, paint, color, bird watch, swim, hike & bike, tutor children and cook in her spare time.  She hopes she can help you do what you do best by maximizing the way you spend your time!

Jim, also known as NoNo to his grandaughter, began his career in IT starting out at the old Western Electric Company in the early 1970’s. Western installed all of the telephone offices for the Bell Telephone Company. He then worked in  ESS, electrical switching systems. Jim moved on from there to a small startup company in Palo Alto, California as an installation engineer. He connected teletype terminals to main frame computers for special needs children so that they could use a unique educational software to help them learn in a new way. Then there was a great leap in technology that led to mini computers, concentrators, high speed communications equipment, desktop computers, laptop computers, file servers large and small, networking hardware of all shapes and sizes. Jim was given the opportunity to work with all of these new technologies as they came to fruition and put to use in the educational field. Jim worked with school administrators, technologists, principals, teachers and students in many school systems across the country. And then, all to sudden it was time to retire and move on to the next stage of life. And that is helping to fix and or repair the computers of family and friends and so on.   And now something new… Can he help you?

How can I help you?
